The Tropical Cyclone Monitor is a complimentary source of cyclone information from the analysts of the International Production Assessment Division (IPAD) of the Office of Global Analysis (OGA-FAS-USDA). The cyclone observation data is provided by the National Hurricane Center (NHC) and Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC). The post-processing of cyclone observations is performed by Unisys Weather.
